1. Basic terms used in the Policy

   2. Operator — COOLBIT LTD., which provides Users with the services of the Operator and performs other actions related to the use of the Site.

   3. User — any visitor to the site https://satoshkin.com/.

   4. User Account — an account registered on the Site, which allows the User to access all the services of the Operator.

2. User's personal data processed by the Operator

   1. In this Policy “personal data” means

      1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves when creating a User Account on the Service or in the process of using the Service (including login (email), Telegram username, email address, phone number). Other information is provided by the User at their discretion.

      2. Data that is automatically collected in the Service in the course of its use by the User through the software installed on the user's device, including IP-address, cookies, information about the user's browser (or other software through which the Service is accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Service and other similar information.

      3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is stipulated by the Terms of Use of the Service.

4. Collection of Personal data

   1. The Operator collects User`s personal data in the following ways:

      1. By the User providing it when registering a User Account on the Service, when registering for the referral program, when contacting the service support via the technical support widget on the website or via the technical support Telegram bot, via the feedback form in surveys;

      2. By other means available in accordance with the applicable law and international legislation in area of protection of personal data.

   2. The Operator starts processing of personal data after receipt of User`s consent on such processing.

   3. Consent to the processing of personal information is given by the User at the moment of starting to use the Site, including by ticking the box “I have read and agree with the terms of use and privacy policies” and by performing conclusive actions.

   4. The user may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal information at any time. However, if the necessary information is not provided in full, the Operator does not guarantee that the User will be able to use all the functions of the Service. 5. Terms of processing of personal data. Transfer to third parties

8. Security Measures

   1. The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.

   1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this privacy Policy. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force upon its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version shall be available at the Site.
